By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in Lithuania. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted.

 

2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, specifically our Portable Car Inflater. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

     

  • Lithuanian VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the final price where applicable.

     

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

The Smart Cart operates primarily in Vilnius. Delivery is typically fulfilled via local partners (Omniva, DPD, LP Express). Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

 

5. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

 

6. Warranty and Liability

As per Lithuanian and EU law, products carry a statutory warranty against manufacturing defects. However, The Smart Cart does not guarantee that the use of our portable inflater will prevent all tire-related issues. We are not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of the product (e.g., over-inflation or use on non-supported vehicle types).

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Vilnius.
