At The Smart Cart, we want to ensure your tires are always ready for the road. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal (The 14-Day Rule)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your product for any reason, even if you simply changed your mind.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your portable car inflater must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Notification: Please email us  with your order number to initiate the process.

2. Returns Process

  • Shipping the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Method: We recommend using local locker services (Omniva, LP Express, or DPD) for a trackable and secure return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Revolut, Bank Transfer, etc.).

  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).

 4. Defective or Damaged Items (Warranty)

If your portable car inflater arrives damaged or develops a mechanical fault within the legal warranty period (typically 2 years in the EU for manufacturing defects):

  • Please contact us immediately with photos or a video of the issue.

  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and offer you a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

 5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 14-day window (unless defective).

  • Products with clear signs of use, scratches, or missing accessories (charging cables, nozzles, etc.).

  • Items not in their original retail packaging.
