 Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Smart Cart. We aim to get your portable car inflater to you as quickly as possible so you can stay safe on the road.

 1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within Lithuania. For international shipping inquiries within the EU, please contact our support team.

2. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2-7 business days.

     

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

 3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We primarily use local locker services to ensure you can pick up your order at your convenience.

 4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Smart Cart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For orders within Lithuania, VAT is included in the purchase price where applicable.

 

6. Damages

The Smart Cart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
